Support that meets you where you are
Coaching for neurodivergent women navigating burnout, overwhelm, and recovery without pressure, shame, or force.
Designed for autonomy, agency, and nervous system regulation
Neurodivergent support should not feel like pressure, fixing, or being pushed toward someone else’s idea of success.
My coaching protects your autonomy, strengthens your agency, and supports nervous system regulation.
Together, we slow down, notice what your body is communicating, and explore what feels possible.
This is not about forcing productivity.
It is about building self-trust and creating sustainable ways of living that work with your brain and body.

Meet Coach Kyoko
Hi there!
My name is Kyoko Swaile, NBC-HWC. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Registered Health Coach.
As someone diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, this work is deeply personal to me.
Before coaching, my path began in language. For over two decades, I ran a Japanese-English translation business, where I developed a deep appreciation for nuance, context, and the meaning beneath the surface.
Today, that same love of translation shapes my coaching: translating neurodivergent experience into self-understanding, nervous system awareness, and choices that feel truly your own.
How I’m Trained to Support You
I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Health Coach Alliance Registered Health Coach™.
I have received coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), where I am currently working toward my Advanced Graduate Certified Coach (AGCC) credential.
I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I’m working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, and a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO).
What this means for you:
My coaching is informed by health and wellness coaching, ADHD-specific coach training, and professional coaching standards. I am committed to providing ethical, evidence-informed, and client-centered support.
